THE FOUNDER

William Baker is the President of Subic Bay L.L.C. and the founder and director of Wake Up World Center an international hub of training, that teaches higher levels of awareness and consciousness.

William is also the recipient of the handwritten journals of an American scientific and research team of eleven, sent on a three-year expedition between 1898 and 1901. Their itinerary took them through to India, Tibet, and Persia with a focus on the Himalayas to study and live among the so-called Masters of life, those whose awareness and consciousness levels far exceeded that of mortal man.

William himself is a world-renowned explorer of awareness and consciousness for over sixty years, the author of an international best-selling book titled “ If You Knew This One Thing You Could Know and Do Everything”
